Restorative Change authorises delivery of the Choices for Change service only by trained and licensed practitioners employed by or associated with us. It is dangerous for anyone not fully trained and employed by Restorative Change to attempt to undertake this kind of work.  Our practitioners are recruited with extensive front line support and domestic abuse service experience. They undergo training in motivational interviewing, safeguarding, restorative approaches, risk assessment and practicing the Choices for Change service model. Practitioners are observed, supervised and co- work to ensure safety, collaboration and best practice.
